B03 Addressing Congregational Conflict

Few of us actually enjoy conflict. That being said, attending to congregational conflict appropriately can not only lower congregational stress but also strengthen trust among members of a congregation. This workshop will consider ways in which faithful intervention can help congregational leaders address (and often resolve) conflict before it rises to a level that requires formal disciplinary processes.
