B09 Coaching and Mentoring for Ministry Leaders

Do you feel like you may be "walking the plank alone" in your ministry? This workshop and presentation offers solutions to the problem of isolation in leadership roles in the church. Peer Learning Groups and one on one coaching/mentoring offer ministry leaders -- volunteers, lay professionals, deacons, priests, and bishops -- the collective wisdom of a coach/mentor and team or group of others also engaged in ministry.
 
In this workshop, we'll learn about leadership styles, strengths and common pitfalls, and how sharing and learning in a peer group can help navigate tricky situations.
