B13 TEC Gen Z in their Own Words: Moving Beyond Generational Stereotypes

 In 2024 a survey was commissioned to track young adult leadership in the Episcopal Church. There were three “waves” of research and Wave 3 was a survey of young adults currently involved in Episcopal ministries, including young adult and campus ministries. The results paint an interesting picture of who these young adults are, the experiences and gifts they are bringing into the ministry, and what they are longing for from the wider church.  Come hear from a panel of young adults who can speak to these realities and bear witness to how the Holy Spirit is at work in the emerging generations.
