C11 Awakening our hearts: Presence into Power

We live in times of turbulence and chaos. We know holding ourself in center is critical to acting with Love. A clear, calm heart can transform the world.
 
This workshop helps us remember God is Love and how to listen to our inner voice. Learning how to hold steady and move within a situation, changes the game. We no longer use force or create equal and opposite reactions.
 
From a place of deep center, we can shine like the sun.   
 
We will begin with an introduction and a series of micro-practices that helps increase our awareness of Presence and calm our running minds.
 
We will do small group exercises that increase our connection and then move deeper into Peace. From peace we call forth our inner Wisdom and listen.
Having touched this deeper place, we move back into community sharing our insights. It is acting from these insights that allow us to show up in our power.
 
This workshop is designed for all ages to attend.
