Thank you for being willing to prepare and present a workshop!
Workshops will be held on either Friday, July 31 or Saturday, August 1, 2026. There are 3 workshop slots over those 2 days and each workshop will be 90 minutes long.
We appreciate your willingness to share your ministries with others across the province and around the church. The BPG is a "ministry fair" setting, so we do not offer any monetary compensation to workshop presenters. Please note that a Provincial Youth Event will be part of the BPG, so youth will be involved in all aspects of the event, including workshops. We will host and record a webinar for workshop presenters on intentionally designing a gathering that engages two or more generations. Register for this event held on Dec 4, 4 pm ET / 3 pm CT.
We are able to offer you:
A venue in which to share a snapshot of your wonderful ministry
The opportunity to network with others who are doing similar / complementary ministries
An experience at an amazing event that will help you accomplish your goals with your ministry
Workshop process:
Fill out the form below to tell us about your great idea!
The workshop committee will review the proposals and will be in touch with you with any clarifying questions. The workshop committee will work with all presenters to find similar themes and ideas for workshops. You may be contacted if someone else has a similar workshop proposal and be asked to work together.
If your workshop touches on a topic that has a Province V Network, then please coordinate and plan with the network conveners before submitting your workshop proposal.
We provide a Workshop Presenter Guide to help everyone understand the roles and responsibilities of hosting a workshop. Because we're a "ministry fair" setting, hosted at a church, we don't have a lot of technology and resources available to us. Please review this guide before applying to lead a workshop.
