    The registration fee is $360 ($260 subsidized).  The information that you provide on this form can be changed at any time, up to 4 days in advance of the event.  If you need to change your name, pronouns, location, or any other detail, just reach out to Heather.

    ​By submitting this registration, I hereby grant permission to Province V / Province VI to interview, photograph, and/or videotape me/my child. It is my understanding that these recordings or portions thereof will be used for distribution or promotional materials. I agree to participate in these projects without financial remuneration, and I understand that this releases the organization from any future claims, as well as from any liability, arising from the use of the recording.
