This gathering is designed to bring together conveners and other leaders from across the province to learn together, to experience spiritual sustenance for this work, and to develop strategies for action and accountability once we go back into our contexts.
Because attendance is limited to 40 participants from across the province, we recommend that you consult with others in your diocese to discern whose participation might bring the most benefit to the work of Dismantling Racism in your context. The cost for lodging and meals is $290/person, with the Diocese of Ohio covering ancillary expenses. We hope that your organization can cover this expense, but please do not let money be a barrier. Participants are responsible for their own transportation.
If you are interested in attending, you must fill out this application by September 15, 2022. We’ll let you know no later than September 26th whether your application has been accepted.
Also, please note that it is the Province V Executive Board’s policy that all people at Provincial events be vaccinated for COVID 19. (Following General Convention’s guidelines.) We will be asking for an upload of your vaccination card with your registration.
