BPG details for the Province V Executive Board

    Thursday-Friday, April 25-April 26 - Pre-event trainings (at your expense)
    If you choose to attend pre-event trainings, the cost of that event is board member's responsibility and hotel for Thursday night is covered by the board member.  Let Heather know and she can include your room as part of your Friday / Saturday night booking so that you can stay at the same hotel and in the same room, if you so choose.  (A deadline for reservations will be established and published here when available.)

    Friday-Saturday, April 26-27, 2024 - Main Event (Prov V expense for rooms and food)
    Please arrive by Friday at 12 noon.  If you can arrive earlier, please do so.
    We hope that all board members are able to attend the main part of the BPG.  Registration and a hotel room on Friday will be provided.  Friday lunch, Friday dinner, and Saturday breakfast will also be included to make it easy for you to assist with activities and hospitality.

    Saturday-Sunday, April 27, lunch - April 28, 1 pm - Board meeting (Prov V expense for rooms and food)
    Board members will meet immediately following the BPG, beginning with Saturday lunch.  Saturday hotel rooms are covered for this portion of the event.  Saturday lunch, dinner, and Sunday breakfast and Sunday lunch.

    On Sunday, we will attend the service at the Cathedral of St. James (10:30 am), eat lunch together and depart at 1 pm.

    Please plan your travel so that you can stay with the group until Sunday, 1 pm.  

    Sunday, April 28 hotel rooms (at your expense)
    Hotel rooms are available for Sunday at, at the board member's expense.  Heather can arrange that you stay at the same hotel / room.  (A deadline for reservations will be established and published here when available.)
    As a member of the Province V Executive Board, your conference fees, hotel, and food will be covered through our budget.  Please track your travel to submit to the Province V Treasurer after our event.

    This is only for the BOARD portion.  You also need to register for the BPG.
    By submitting this registration, I hereby grant permission to Province V to interview, photograph, and/or videotape me/my child. It is my understanding that these recordings or portions thereof will be used for distribution or promotional materials. I agree to participate in these projects without financial remuneration, and I understand that this releases the organization from any future claims, as well as from any liability, arising from the use of the recording.
