Workshop Description
Our spiritual lives have been expressed through movement in many cultures for many centuries. 
We will discuss and explore prayer and spiritual connection through mindful movement and daily rhythms. Offered by dancer/choreographer and lifelong Episcopalian, Meghan Western. Come prepared to move and engage in creative dialog.
